MyGreenCottage was co-founded by Susan Colwell (that’s me!) and Jim Hueser.  We, and those who work with us across the country, are deeply concerned about the environment and want to do all we can to make a difference -- one home at a time.

Our goal is simple-- create beautiful, safe homes that are healthy for you, your wallet and the planet. To do this we’ve brought together an incredible team of green building experts who share our eco-beliefs and values.  If you have a moment, I hope you’ll read about our wonderful team of caring individuals .

In keeping with our company philosophy, the entire company operates in a paperless and virtual environment, equating to massive energy savings. We also save money, which we pass along to you. At MyGreenCottaqe we don’t charge more for building green because we build smarter and because, as a national builder we get significant volume discounts that local builders can’t match.
